The prices for 1-bedroom apartments are as follows:
For 1 to 3 months – 200 euros per month
For 6 to 12 months – 180 euros per month
The prices for 2-bedroom apartments are as follows:
For 1 to 3 months – 250 euros per month
For 6 to 12 months – 200 euros per month
The electricity, water and internet expenses as well as laundry are extra paid.
The rental price includes cable TV and cleaning the apartment once a week.
The commissions are as follows:
For less than 3 months – 20% of the rental amount, paid once.
For 6 to 12 months – the first rental amount, paid once.
