The development is conveniently located in the heart of Bansko, just 5 minutes walk from the old part of the town and 900 meters away from the first station of the Gondola lifts. The beautiful town of Bansko is known for its modern ski slopes, elite SPA hotel, majestic mountains and pure mountain air. The town-museum, where new and old live together - modern quarters turn into paved streets with traditional Bulgarian houses with wooden balconies and massive wooden gates.

Complex Banderitsa consists of a hotel part with rooms and apartments, SPA centre, a cafe-bar, a tavern, Irish pub and a garden.

MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPLEX
Banderitsa development has its own year-round staff for maintenance and security. The entire organization and management is provided by the most experienced property management company in Bulgaria. All apartment owners are obliged to pay an annual maintenance charge of 10 EUR per square meter of their property (including common areas) including VAT. The fee is obligatory, it is paid annually and includes the following services:
• Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the communal areas, the gardens and the swimming pool.
• Expenses for water, electricity and internet of the communal areas.
• Maintenance of the elevators.
• 24-hour on-site security.
• Standard repairs arising from the normal use of the building

LETTING AND RENTAL INCOME
The property management company of the complex can organize the letting services and advertise the apartment among skiers and tourists. Full service and local assistance is provided to the tourists, as well as to the owners, such as key holding, payment of bills, property cleaning and washing of linen, change of consumables, rental collection, constant communication with the property owner by email or telephone, etc.

RESERVATION OF APARTMENTS
Any apartment in Banderitsa can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable holding deposit of 5% of the purchase price, payable in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will hold the property reserved for a maximum of 30 days after which the buyer, depending on the payment plan, shall sign a Preliminary Contract or shall pay the full price of the property and become its owner.
BULGARIAN PROPERTIES charge 3% agency commission.

PAYMENT PLAN
• 5% of the purchase price non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment.
• 95% of the purchase price upon certifying the deal before a notary and receiving the ownership documents (maximum 40 days after reserving the apartment).
