Real estate agency Bulgarian Properties announced the launch of their new service Skype Viewings.

According to the company this way the buyer will be able to get an initial visual idea about a number of properties very quickly. Usually a Skype viewing lasts 15-20 minutes. During this time the real estate agent shows the whole property and all details the client wants to view up close. The potential buyer can ask questions and communicate with the real estate agent as it they were there on the spot. For one to view properties via Skype they only need a computer or a mobile phone with internet connection, a microphone and Skype installed.

The first technological innovations in property viewings on the Bulgarian market were videos which were sent to interested buyers. Then came the sending of photos and clips on the e-mail and now it is time for Skype viewings.

According to real estate agents these technological innovations will probably not make the personal viewings on the spot unnecessary. They will help those interested in the property get an initial idea about it. The Skype viewing service is especially suitable for very busy people.

Such a method for receiving information from afar is quite suitable when the property is located in another town or city or even in another country. Therefore, we can view an apartment, a house or a plot of land on the other side of the world from the comfort of our armchair.

According to experts Skype also allows simultaneous property viewings to more than one potential buyer.

According to real estate agents in the last few years property prices and deals have decreased, but the number of viewings has increased, as potential buyers view 40-50 properties before making a final decisions. Buyers part with their money only if the property is of high quality, in a good quarter and at a good price.
