The living room has a fireplace with a combustion chamber, local heating with pellets, copper pipes and aluminum radiators. The house has solar panel, connected to the heating system.
The property includes a tavern built of wood - a masterpiece of the carpenters of Kalofer, with stone outside and an open fireplace inside. The tavern has warm connection with a separate room - kitchen with professional restaurant equipment. In the courtyard there are auxiliary buildings used for products, wine, firewood and pellets storage. In addition, the yard has a gazebo with outdoor shed and an old stone fountain.
