The warm months are here, and the real estate market is in great shape! Real estate prices continue to rise, but we now have a slowdown in growth. The number of new property listings is about 10% higher than the same period in 2022, which creates a better balance in the market. Sellers are more flexible in negotiations, as they understand that prices have reached their peak, and there are several factors threatening the positive development of the market. This means that the moment is good for making a deal.

Buyers are more diverse in terms of profile, and a large share of them are first-time homebuyers. They are supported by still-favourable bank financing, low unemployment, and rising incomes.
