Apartments and studios:
The holiday homes in the complex are designed as apartments with a living area and a separate sleeping area. In individual units the solution is in a common space - studio type. As this type also has a kitchenette and implies a higher standard of living, the furnishings include both the possibility of comfortable dining at a table and chairs and a sofa with a low table for relaxing and watching TV.
The sofas have extending mechanisms, allowing more occupants to be accommodated. Additional storage units for clothes and luggage such as a portmanteau are also provided. In the bedrooms, the solution is standard - beds and wardrobes, as well as dressing tables with mirror. Where room sizes allow, twin beds are provided with the possibility of joining to form a double bed.
Kitchenettes
As the architectural design of the complex, as well as the redevelopment project, did not require the maximum uniformity of the furnishings, a great variety in the solutions of the kitchenettes has resulted. With an individual approach to furniture design, but using identical modules of cabinetry, with differences in the executive dimensions of otherwise identical apartments in terms of layout to be compensated for with the kitchen worktops to be tailored after specific measurement of each individual site.

The complex has 45 one-bedroom apartments, 13 two-bedroom apartments (2+2), 5 two-bedroom apartments (2+1) and 32 studios. Each apartment and studio has a sofa bed. The total capacity of the complex, without the use of sofas, is 221 beds, when accommodating one guest on a sofa the total bed capacity becomes 316.
