The estate includes a nice one storied house with accommodation of 60 sq. m., a small veranda, a basement (about 60 sq. m.), a shelter, a parking lot (for about two cars) and a beautiful garden vast 3420 sq. m.
The basement consists of two premises and a corridor.
Ground floor: The first premise is a small entrance. A corridor and two rooms are disposed on this floor. The walls are made of bricks, the flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
