Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge.
There is a large swimming pool with patio area for the use of the three apartments.

Middle Floor
The door at the top of the first set of stairs leads into the Middle Apartment which is similar to the top floor. There is a large double bedroom together with a second bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower over and toilet as well as a separate shower room with toilet. Open Plan lounge, kitchen, dinner and large Balcony with really good views.

Ground Floor
The Ground Floor apartment has one very Large Bedroom with Double bed and Double bed settee. There is a Bath/shower room with toilet as well as a separate room with toilet and hand basin. Front and Back doors which give acces to the swimming pool and grounds.
Also at groung floor level there is an Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier for the use of all three apartments.


It is only a short drive down into the town of Gabrovo, where there are really good Shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartments are at about 700 metres altitude and only a few Kms from a small ski resort at Uzana. There is plenty to do and see with the second capital Veliko Tarnovo only 40 km away and much closer, several old traditional villages.

The area around the apartments is full of interest with Museum villages and Old Historic Cities as well as a small ski resort,Uzana,about 20 Kms away. Ample space for Mountain Biking, Walking and fishing. A Local Zoo and lots of resaurants and eating places in the town of Gabrovo.
