The two cottages are situated on an unusually large sized plot for a mountainous area – 3,000 sq.m.
Both properties are built from red bricks, with concrete foundations.Building an extension would be possible.
The bigger one is 60 sq.m. There is one room and a balcony on the ground floor. There are a couple of rooms, a corridor and a terrace on the upper level. The smaller cottage is about 25 sq.m. Both properties have 360 degree views of the mountains and the Iskar river.
Electricity and mains water are connected to the property. A septic tank has been installed. Access is via a dirt road, about 600 meters away from the asphalt. Most of the neighbours live there all year round which suggests that there is no problem with access in the winter months. Elevation – 701 m. above sea level. Very near the property there is a small chapel and a well.
The region is suitable for a number of activities such as rural tourism, mountain bike, fishing, hunting, mountaineering etc.
