House in Rish village

Rish village is located in a mountain area in North-eastern Bulgaria and is a part of Smyadovo municipality. The village is set at the center of the triangle formed by the three largest dams in Bulgaria- Ticha, Kamchija and Tsonevo. There is a school in the village, as well as a big kindergarten, a medical center, a library, shops and a regular bus line. The village is conveniently located 10-20 min away from the three dams, 42 km away from Shumen, 20 km away from Smyadovo, 75-80 km away from Burgas and 100 km from Varna.

The house is located in the center of the village. It has been built mainly of bricks, only the northern wall is made of sun-dried brick. The property consists of 3 rooms and a side closet. The corridor is plastered and has a sink. The rooms are spacious; in two of them the floors are on earth and in the third room the floor is plastered.

There is an outside yard of 1017 sq.m, which belongs to the property. In the yard you could find fruit trees, vineyards, outside WC and farm buildings.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could reserve this house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
