The architectural design is the work of one of the best architects in Bulgaria – Atanas Panov, who has won a number of Bulgarian and international awards for his architectural projects.
The house is part of a gated development with 7 family houses called Gentle House. The development was built by the professional developer Hristo Stefanov, who has been working in the construction business since 1994. The house we offer for sale is fully finished and is sold almost fully furnished and equipped, with stylish furniture of the leading Italian factory POLIFORM, selected and delivered by INTERIUS ARREDAMENTI. The only thing missing from the furnishing is the audio and video equipment.
The built-up area on the plot is 119 sq.m. The total built-up area (on and above the plot) is 380.75 sq.m. The total built-up area with the basement is 505 sq.m.
