The property is located in Ribaritsa which is a nice village located 2 km. from the ski resort "Berkina mound." The place is quiet, and it is perfect for relaxation and rest. There is wonderful rivet near the house.
The house stretches over two floors with a total area of 420 square meters and features 4 triple rooms with double and single beds, each with private bathrooms, 1 suite includes bedroom, bathroom, a studio with bedroom, living room and bathroom. Almost all rooms are overlooking the river. The house is fully furnished, there is wooden furniture made of solid wood, bathrooms are also fully equipped. There is a tavern-dining room with fireplace and fully equipped and comfortable kitchen with freezer, cooker, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and more. The tavern has satellite TV and DVD. You can cook something delicious at the outdoor barbecue and listen to the murmur of the river with a glass of wine. For the additional comfort there is local heating in the house and central hot water.
The yard has a size of 1080 square meters. There is parking, barbecue, benches, etc.
There is a perfect combination of alpine nature of the terrain, majestic beech forests with clear mountain rivers, its rich fauna and clean air. All these factors make Ribaritsa one of the favorite vacation spot for tourists. That's why it was declared a mountain resort. Ribaritsa has a ski slope - "Berkina mound," which is an attraction for people in winter and summer. It has a length of 1000 m., a ski lift, ski and ski instructor. On the track there is a tearoom where you can enjoy panoramic views of the resort. In the vicinity of Ribaritsa are Biosphere Reserve "Tsarichina" reserves "Helena" and "Goat wall" protected areas "Black Rat" and "Kostina ': all they kept the most beautiful forests in Bulgaria with their mammal and rare species birds.
