House in Sun House complex

We are pleased to present this two-storey house situated in complex Sun House, in the area of Cholakova fountain in Kosharitsa village. The complex consists of 6300 sq. m area, has a two-level pool, cafe, bistro bar, playground, place for barbecue, 24 hour security. The region has good transport links, Bourgas International Airport is at only 20 minutes drive and international airport in Varna is at half an hour drive by car. Nearby are the famous Sunny Beach resort, and the historic town of Nessebar, which is a part of the World Heritage of UNESCO.
The house that we offer is on two floors with total area of 105.49 square meters.
The first floor has an entrance hall, utility room, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with toilet.
