Two houses with garden 50 meters from the Danube

We present to your attention two rural houses in one courtyard, located 50 meters from the Danube River and 28 km from the developed city of Vidin. The houses were built in 1950 of bricks, with eastern disposition. The living area is 90 sq.m. Besides the houses with a basement the property includes a yard of 630 sq.m. and a garage of 20 sq.m. for one car.

One of the houses consists of a hallway, three rooms and a terrace (first floor) and a room in the space under the roof. The dwelling is completed with wooden window frames and floors and painted walls. In the other house there is a living room, two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, the second floor is used for the storage of hay. The property is supplied with electricity, water out (a well). The heating is by electricity.

The village is small and picturesque and has shop, café and regular transport. The settlement is located on the banks of the Danube. There is built a fishing village.
