The complex will be divided on quarters, the first quarter of 22 villas is fully ready since the end of September 2014. The attached prices in the Prices & Availability section are approximate, since the type of completion matters as well.

When buying a house, the adjoining plot and pool are also transferred to the buyer's property.

In addition, the complex has a professional kitchen with cooks and waiters. In addition to the main menu can be executed special customer orders.
