We offer to your attention an Alpine-style mountain house built on a plot of 1,155 sq.m. The house is on one floor with a total area of 195 sq.m. with a garden on two sides of the property. On the terrace facing the larger garden, there is a barbecue, stoves, a small refrigerator and a sink. In the yard there is a separate fitness area under several pine trees and a lawn for games or rest. It borders the golf course. The small garden at the front of the house has flower islands, low trees and bushes.

The house has a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets and one additional toilet. Bathrooms also have bathtubs. All bedrooms are east-south facing. The living room is spacious and sunny with a separate kitchen area, fully equipped with a bar for eating, a dining area and a wonderful relaxation area with a fireplace and leather furniture. The furniture is made of natural wood, including the flooring. Heating is provided by means of an individual solid fuel boiler and an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. Each room is temperature controlled. There are also boilers for hot water with the boiler. There are also safes in the house for storing valuables. The property is offered with the following finishes: aluminum joinery, external insulation, internal insulation, massive walls and parquet floors. Last but not least, the house also has a storage room for skis, personal belongings, etc., where the washing machine is located.
