As the floor itself is divided into two levels, on the second level there are 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The joinery is wooden with wooden shutters. It is heated with a solid fuel boiler.

It has several additional rooms and an annex for storing winter gear, firewood and tools.

The yard (820 square meters) is extremely fertile with many fruit and vegetable plantations. The entire property is surrounded by a massive brick fence.
