The village of Laka is currently one of the most desired locations for land investments in Bulgaria. Situated about 15 km north-east from the city of Bourgas, the settlement attracts investors not only with its proximity to the Black sea and an International airport but also with the project for the Black Sea golf course. The area will surely benefit from this big project because of the new infrastructure planned which will bring a growing number of investments.
