Bulgarian property market during Covid-19 pandemic

2020-04-09   |  Polina Stoykova MRICS, Managing Director & Head of Research

In the current state of emergency, we continue to closely monitor the property market to provide you with timely, objective and accurate information on the current trends.

Here is a quick summary of what has been happening on the property market in the past few weeks since the start of the state of emergency in Bulgaria:

🔵 First of all, we are all ok and working. Our consultants are available online and on the phone

🔵 Property viewings are allowed to be carried out, but only with all precautions taken and in the case of serious interest

🔵 Many of the viewings and the meetings we conduct daily are virtual and based online which can be beneficial for all of you who cannot travel at the moment

🔵 We continue to make new deals, albeit with reduced volume

🔵 There is quite a good interest to property in Bulgaria, especially to rural houses - and we have plenty to offer!

🔵 The notary publics are open and deals can be finalized, keeping all the required measures and under special regime and working hours

🔵 Construction of the new buildings continues

🔵 We offer you a new level of service based on new technology and innovations for which we are completely ready

🔵 We are constantly monitoring the market and have an up-to-date data for the whole country, so we can give you the best advice

We are waiting in anticipation for the crisis to be over and for the better days to come.

Until then - stay safe at home!
