This summer (2024) I had the pleasure to work with the team of Bulgarian Properties, the agency which I had followed for some 15 years with their newsletters.
I came across Tsvetanka Parapunova from Bansko and she left an impression of a professional of high standards. She was very good at taking my instructions and working them. It could take some time, but she would always come back to me with good news and reassurance that everything is being done in a professional and effective manner.
I was looking for a quick sale so came to Bulgaria to sign documents in person, so her colleague Pavel from Burgas was assisting me, too. Behind the scenes was their lawyer Ivaylo Vlahov and the accountant Yovko - who made a transfer to me just after one hour the money from the Buyer had arrived to their bank account. (I had an urgency to purchase real estate in another country. They work with their bank account together with a power of attorney from the Vendor).

If you - like me - do not have much of an experience selling property and doubt the process - just trust the team of Bulgarian Properties professionals!
After a successful sale within the time frame and price bracket requested - I could not recommend the agency and their team enough!
