The Bulgaria Mall shopping centre located in the capital city of Sofia opened it doors on December 1, 2012. The shopping center is positioned at the intersection of two of the most significant Sofia's boulevards – Bulgaria and Todor Kableshkov. The mall covers a total built area of 130,000 sq m and 33,000 sq m lease area for commercial usage. The mall’s office part consists of a high tower and an office building which exceeds 25,000 sq m.of lettable area.

Bulgaria Mall will be the first shopping centre in Bulgaria which will be positioned as upper scale mall, focusing on the proper combination of medium to premium international brands together with the highest quality Bulgarian retailers.

The €135 million Bulgaria Mall houses 120 stores. Some of the popular brands that located at Bulgaria Mall include Debenhams, Esprit, Technopolis, SportDepot, Hippoland, Fornarina, Guess, Playlife, D'Orne, Stefanel, H&M, Timeland, Premium, Daphne, Triumph, Swissies, Kolev & Kolev, Geox, Eagle Time, Altinbas, Catty, Pompea, Paolo Botticeli, Misaki.
