Reservation and Agency Commission
Any office and shop at sale in East Trace Centre could be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 3 % of the purchase price paid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer to the account of BULGARIANPROPERTIES. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract should be signed with the investor company and the first instalment should be paid.
BULGARIANPROPERTIES charges 3 % agency commission due at signing of the Preliminary Contract.
