It is completely ready to move in or rent out.

The maintenance fee is only 5 euro per square meter per year. Each apartment has separate lots for electricity and water.

The complex has a heated mineral pool, salt room, massage rooms, sauna, steam bath, cold bucket, lobby bar, wine bar, reception, video surveillance, conference hall and restaurant. It works all year round. The owners in the complex can use the spa for free.
