Villa ‘Cricket’

The villa that we offer is located in the villa zone of ‘Vinitsa’ District, a tranquil place of 2-3 km from the sea. 25 minutes drive from the highway to Sofia and Varna airport. It is no more than 15 minutes drive from Varna, 5 minutes from the Golden Sands resort, 20 minutes from the resorts of Albena and Balchik. The beach is only 5-6 minutes by car.

‘Vinitsa’ District has a good selection of food shops, many restaurants. The villa is 3 minutes walk from the bus station of Varna. Restaurants, attractions and night life of nearby resorts are accessible: Sunny Day, Golden Sands and Albena- a lot of cafe, fish restaurants and pubs, discos and nightclubs.

The villa was built in old Bulgarian style and located in a complex with another 3 villas with well kept garden and established plants, about 1 acre each. The four cottages use a large swimming pool with a huge playground, generously furnished with beach furniture.

Villa ‘Cricket’ has a living area of 200 sq.m. It consists of:

• First floor: large living room with fireplace, connected with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious hallway, bathroom and laundry room;
• Second floor: three spacious bedrooms, two with sea views, the main bedroom has its own bathroom and spacious balcony. There is another bathroom on the floor for the other two bedrooms.

Reservation
Villa ‘Cricket’ can be booked at least for a minimum one week. The deposit is 30 % of the rental price. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of accommodation.

The rental price for a long period is 890 Euro per month, minimum rental period is 8 months. The announced price does not include consumables and maintenance.

The house is open for rental from 01.08.2013

On the day of accommodation due to a damage deposit of 150 Euro, which is returned on departure if no damages were found.

The rental price for a one week stay includes:
