This is a full archive of our monthly issues of the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES' Indexes with information about the asking prices and their changes of properties of various types and locations in Bulgaria. The main indexes are based on apartment prices in the biggest cities - Sofia and Varna, and the most popular ski and beach resors - Bansko and Sunny Beach. Each index comes with a chart and we give data about the current value and levels of average prices for each month, as well as their monthly and annual changes.
BULGARIAN PROPERTIES' Indexes (BPI) are developed by BULGARIAN PROPERTIES in order to provide regular information and updates on the latest trends on the real estate market in Bulgaria.
